Shipping locations
HAVEN currently ships within the United States. We are working toward expanding our delivery options as the collection grows.

Order processing
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on the destination and carrier.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive shipment information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery delays
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the package and item so we can review the issue.
